Supporting Indigenous Employment

We manage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment for international industry-leading companies, large government bodies, and some of Australia's most recognised brands.


We are proud to be actively hiring Indigenous Australians for some of our major clients including, Woolworths, Crown Perth Hotels, Baiada, and Roy Hill Holdings Pty Ltd (Roy Hill).

We provide Indigenous employment support across all professional levels, a diversity of industries and a mix of companies; from small businesses to large enterprises.

Solid Start Program

Chandler Macleod Group have developed the Solid Start Program in an order to reach a larger Indigenous candidate pool, support in reducing unconscious biases during recruitment, and provide ongoing support during onboarding.

Change from the inside

We have built up our expertise on Indigenous employment by instigating change from within our own organisation. The Chandler Macleod Group is a collection of business units providing recruitment, HR, and payroll services. As a group, we have committed to Indigenous employment targets in our Reconciliation Action Plan.



This means we can provide employment to Indigenous candidates in a range of industries including, mining, transport, IT, logistics, hospitality, allied health, payroll, and recruitment. This gives us further reach ​to spark change and unleash potential.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan Journey

The endorsement of our Reconciliation Action Plan is an exciting step for RGF Staffing. It provides us with a clear direction for our business to make active contributions towards Reconciliation. The development of the plan also involved commitments from our leaders and contributions from every level and department of our business. Our aim is to enhance opportunities, build relationships, and work towards a more equal and honest future.
