Having joined the business in March 2016 as the Team Leader for the East Tamaki/Highbrook branch of Chandler Macleod, Melissa brings with her 8 years of recruitment experience within the South Auckland region and prior to that 10 years of retail management. Throughout her recruitment career she has had a great deal of experience in servicing business support and contact centre operations and has always worked to offer full end to end recruitment solutions from entry level through to middle/senior management. Melissa is the consummate professional and thoroughly enjoys connecting people with people and establishing strong relationships along the way. She has a proven history providing exceptional service delivery and excellence in the client and candidate experience that has resulted in a loyal client base. Melissa is driven to achieve and drive the business to the next stage in Highbrook and is excited to connect with new and existing business partners.
